How do I check if service is available at my address?

Visit our Sign Up page and enter your address in the availability checker. We’ll show you instantly whether Deerfoot service is available in your area and which plans are offered.

When will I receive my first bill?

Your first bill will arrive approximately 30 days after your service activation date. Bills are sent by email.

What speeds does Deerfoot offer?

Deerfoot offers three residential internet plans: Essential* ($65/mo, 300 Mbps), Plus* ($75/mo, 500 Mbps), and Pro* ($85/mo, up to 750 Mbps). All plans include unlimited data, no long-term contracts, and router rental with Auto Pay & paper-free billing. Visit our Internet Service page for full details.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

No. All Deerfoot internet plans are month-to-month with no manditory long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time with no early termination fees — just contact our support team and we’ll take care of it.

Is there a data cap or speed throttling?

No. All Deerfoot plans include unlimited data with no throttling or speed reductions, even during peak hours. What you pay for is what you get, all month long.

How long does installation take?

Standard residential installation typically takes 1–3 hours. Our local technicians will schedule a convenient appointment and walk you through everything once your service is set up.

What equipment is included with service?

A Wi-Fi router rental is included with all plans when enrolled in Auto Pay & paper-free billing. A one-time $99 setup fee applies at installation. There are no other hidden equipment costs.
